1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Crystal: Match 3 Puzzle Android application and this static information website. The app is published as Crystal: Match 3 Puzzle. For privacy questions, please use the contact email shown on the application's Google Play listing.
2. Information we collect
The game itself does not ask you to create an account and does not intentionally collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, messages, files, precise location, microphone recordings, or camera data.
Local game progress, such as unlocked levels and best results, is stored locally on your device using the app's local preferences. We do not receive that progress on a server.
3. Network access
The Android build may use network access for Unity runtime services and, if enabled in a particular release, third-party distribution or advertising services. Network access is not used by the game to provide device-cleaning or device-management functionality.
Any third-party SDK that is enabled in a future release may process technical information under its own privacy policy. The Google Play listing and in-app disclosures will be updated before such a change is shipped.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share the local game progress described above because it is not uploaded by the game. We may rely on platform or service providers only when their SDKs are included in the distributed build and only for their stated technical purpose.
5. Children
Crystal: Match 3 Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not designed to request personal information from children. Parents or guardians can contact us through the email listed on Google Play with questions about a child's data.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can remove locally stored progress by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Because the game does not maintain a user account or upload game progress, there is normally no server-side account to delete. For a privacy question or request, contact the email shown on Google Play and include enough detail for us to understand the request.
7. Security and retention
Local data remains under the Android operating system's app storage controls. We retain no game profile on our own server. Third-party services, if present in a release, set their own retention periods and publish their own policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the app's data practices change or when clarification is needed. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will also be reflected in the store listing or in-app notices where appropriate.
